Refund and Returns Policy
Overview and Eligibility
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please note the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
 - Gift cards
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed according to the table below. Internal Processing Time refers to the number of business days it takes us to issue the refund once the item has been approved. The total time for the money to appear in your account may vary based on your bank.

An email will be sent from us to inform you once the item is received and once the refund is issued.
If you haven’t received a refund after allowing for both our internal processing time and an additional 3–5 days for your bank’s processing, please contact us at support@katialla.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@katialla.com to arrange the exchange and shipping.
Shipping returns
Return Authorization is Required: Please contact us at support@katialla.com before sending any item back to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct mailing address.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund the cost of the original shipping paid on the order.
If you are returning more expensive items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
